What is a PCN?
A Primary Care Network (PCN) is an area of the UK where all health and social care services work together to deliver a better experience for their citizens.

A Primary Care Network (PCN) is not an organisation or body, it is an idea.
Rushcliffe is a PCN. In the Rushcliffe borough, GP practices, mental health services, pharmacies, hospitals, voluntary services and more work together to provide a better healthcare experience for its population,
Rushcliffe is just one of 1,250 PCNs across the UK aiming to deliver a better service for its residents.
PCNs are part of NHS England's long-term plan.
