Join us Wednesdays 1.30-3.30pm at Paradise Allotments where we meet to spend time outdoors at our social prescribing allotment plot. Ideal for nature and outdoor lovers. We meet and take part in doing tasks around the allotment such as planting, harvesting, weeding, digging, trimming.
There is no pressure to do lots of tasks, why not come and socialise instead? We have some seating around our garden table and always have hot drinks available.

WholeHealth runs safe, supported open water swim sessions for our members at the City Council-owned Colwick Lake in Nottingham. The Mindfulness Dips are for swimmers who want a quieter dip for relaxation and meditation in the company of others, with the WholeHealth team to take care of your safety in the water while you enjoy the Lake however you want to. This new swim opportunity is designed for people who wish to immerse and enjoy the lake for peace and restoration, rather than swimming laps.
Access to the water is via a gently sloping ramp. Anyone with severe mobility issues can access the car park beside the lake by prior arrangement if needed. The Whole Health team are experienced in helping people with limited mobility get into the lake including wheelchair and mobility aid users - just let them know before the event so the team can support you. Please contact Morgan Sharpe prior to attending a session.
